21 septembre - Gourmet Dinner: Wine & Wild Mushrooms

This event will take the form of a sumptuous three-course gastronomic meal, in close collaboration with regional vineyards and the Presbytère cheese dairy. Additionally, we will have the privilege of enjoying a musician who will enchant you with their guitar and melodic voice under the soft light of this candlelit evening.

On the menu, for starters, a refined Cream of Wild Mushroom and Cauliflower soup served with homemade mini Wild Mushroom Wellington pies, complemented by a glass of sparkling wine from the Gavet vineyard, either white or rosé. 

For the main course, indulge in pasta with morel mushrooms, caramelized onions, and a selection of 3 cheeses from the Presbytère cheese dairy, accompanied by a rocket salad with olives. Pair this delight with a carefully chosen local wine.

To conclude, be surprised by our unique desserts, all incorporating delicious mushrooms by the dynamic Vanessa from Cake ta vie. To complement this gastronomic experience, you will be served a Chaga mushroom herbal tea and/or a digestif.
