The Treehouse is crafted entirely from wood and features a cozy fireplace, a black round marble table, and a handmade embroidered sofa. The bed is adorned with one dreamy queen bed, dressed in the finest latex mattresses, percale cotton linen, and snuggly down duvets and wool blankets to keep you warm on chilly nights. The bed is expertly crafted by local artisans, as are the enchanting embroidered throw pillows.

Step outside and gaze upon the stars from your private deck, surrounded by the serene beauty of the forest. Ignite a fire in your private fire pit and lounge in the handmade outdoor wood chairs or dine al fresco at the picnic table.

Our forest is a rare and magical place, where the ground is covered by the protected species of wild garlic. Every April, the forest floor is transformed into a lush, green carpet of wild garlic, creating a stunning natural display before the leaves of the trees begin to appear. But the magic of wild garlic doesn't end there, for it has the power to repel blood-sucking insects like mosquitoes. Just like vampires, mosquitos and other flies hate garlic, so when you're surrounded by wild garlic, you can feel safe knowing that you're protected. It's a unique and rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the great outdoors without the need for bug spray, and experience the forest in a way that few have the chance to. The wild garlic creates a microclimate that is completely different from the surrounding areas, it's a magical and rare experience.

As you wander the property, you will be greeted by a menagerie of mystical creatures, including a majestic zebra, a few black alpacas, a few affectionate black rabbits, a couple of sleek black chickens, and two playful black cats. But if you are truly lucky, you may also catch a glimpse of the elusive deer, fox, wild turkey, owls, bats, frogs, woodpeckers, and blue jays that call this enchanted forest home.

As the first rays of sunlight filter through the leaves and the birds begin to sing their morning songs, awaken to a delicious and enchanted homemade, vegetarian and gluten-free picnic basket breakfast, delivered fresh from the farm each morning. 

Please note that the Treehouse does not have electricity, but guests will be provided with rechargeable lamps and a flashlight to guide you through the mystical darkness. The nearby trail can be muddy in spring and fall, so guests are advised to bring rain boots and warm clothing to protect yourself from the elements. The main pavilion, a short and mystical walk away, offers a shared kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining table for 6, an outdoor swing, high-speed Wi-Fi internet and a hot tub with mesmerizing firefly lights in June-July.

Water in the main pavilion may be shut off during freezing temperatures in March and April, but there are restaurants nearby.

You have two options for the bathroom, one is private at the base ground of the treehouse without a shower and the other one is shared with one other tiny house but with a shower and hot water heated by gas.

Magic Tingwick offers activities on site such as yoga in the forest, tarot card reading, henna tattoos, alpaca walk in the forest and mushroom harvesting, allowing you to connect with nature and the mystical energy of the forest.

October is a beautiful month to plan a visit to Magic Tingwick, as the enchanting hardwood forest transforms into a spectacular display of warm autumn hues, particularly in mid-October. The forest changes throughout the month of October, making it a magical sight to behold as it prepares for its winter slumber. The colors of the leaves changing from green to yellow, orange, red and brown creating a mesmerizing view that will take your breath away. The crisp fall air, the sound of leaves rustling underfoot, and the smell of woodsmoke all add to the magical atmosphere of this special place.
