Morille, known as "the devil" for her escapades, boasts long hair reminiscent of a mischievous imp. Shitake, the shyest of the bunch, is also the sweetest.
These Nigerian Dwarf goats are captivating creatures, with eyes that sparkle in shades of blue or brown. They may sport horns or be without, adding to their charm. Scientifically, they boast a gestation period of 145 to 153 days and stand no taller than 18 inches. They thrive in spacious habitats with ample grass and shrubs for grazing, along with shelter from the elements.
Yet, it's their warm and affectionate nature that truly sets them apart. Social beings by nature, they relish human interaction, displaying curiosity and playfulness as they explore their surroundings. Easily trained, they can learn to walk on a leash and respond to commands, making them delightful companions.
At Magic Tingwick, we invite you to experience the enchantment of Black Nigerian Dwarf goats through our goat yoga sessions. During these classes, they are free to join and participate, sometimes staying for an hour, other times only for a few minutes. Their curiosity leads them to interact with humans, adding an extra layer of joy to the practice.
