At Magic Tingwick, we understand that pets are an important part of many families and we would love to welcome them as well. However, due to a previous incident involving a large dog, we are unable to accept them at this time. Our animals are kept in large enclosures and may be perceived as prey by visiting dogs. We believe it is safer for your pet to stay in a familiar environment where they feel secure and safe.
We do make exceptions for small dogs which are under 4 kilos and for cats on leash, as they are less likely to pose a threat to our animals on site. However, there is an extra fee of $50 for deep cleaning to accommodate for guests who may have allergies to pets. If you would like to bring your small pet with you, please send us an email to magictingwick@gmail.com to arrange payment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend in the future.
