The Forest Picnic Brunch is a unique experience where you can sample a delicious homemade brunch menu, combined with wild ingredients from the forest.  It is offered to our guests with accommodation every day at 9am and is open to walk-ins every Sunday between 10am and 1pm. There is also a tasty plant-based breakfast option with quality ingredients.

The brunch menu also features a variety of ingredients that are grown directly on our farm such asseasonal fruits and berries from our garden, some which are harvested from our forest, as well as those curated locally from farmers and producers nearby. A little bottle of our maple syrup is served to every guest and is ideal for pouring into your morning coffee, or slathering atop your waffles! 

The menu includes a Magic Boiled Egg from our free-range chickens, decorated with a gold leaf accent.

Beverages include a choice between a pot of coffee from the roastery "La Brûlerie des Cantons" or an Herbal Nordic tea, served with gluten-free oat milk and fresh apple juice from the orchard "Vergers des Horizons". Guests can also enjoy a homemade main course composed of gluten-free vegan waffles or bread served with Gaspesian flower salt, maple butter, maple crunch macadamia butter, and choco-chaga spread. We also serve plant-based pork beans with shiitake mushrooms and maple syrup, a pot of fresh berries, such as strawberries, yellow raspberries, blueberries, Nordic kiwi, cherries, black or red currant berries, or blackberries. 

To compliment this unique and luxurious experience, you will enjoy this exquisite brunch served in a cute metal wire basket, with beautiful black cutler and a handmade weaved bag for the waffles or bread. Guests can choose to eat with the alpacas (in their enclosure) or deep down in the forest for a more romantic atmosphere.
