The Morning Forest Yoga experience is a tranquil and rejuvenating activity that combines the practice of yoga with the natural beauty of the forest. The activity takes place on a beautiful, new, black wooden deck located at the back of the forest, which can accommodate up to 20 yogis.
The class begins with a short meditation, followed by a soft vinyasa flow yoga practice. The class will focus on stretching and strengthening the body, while also calming the mind. The class will end with a slow breathing and relaxation session, with peaceful music and the natural sounds of birds in the background.
After the class, participants will be served a cup of warm and comforting herbal Nordic tea, the perfect way to end the session. If the weather is not favorable, the class will be held inside in the main pavilion, with a beautiful central wood fireplace to keep warm. It is recommended to bring warm socks for the class. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided on request but guests are encouraged to bring their own.
This class is suitable for yogis of all levels, from beginners to intermediate, and is a great way to start the day. It's a wonderful exercise to calm the mind and stretch the body, especially if you have back pain. The classes are offered every day at 10am, from June to September.
